A Message from Our President
Dear Casa Family and Friends,
I joined the board of Casa de los Angelitos in 2019 and have served as board president for the past two years. Becoming friends with the women at Casa has changed my life. I see the world differently now—with more compassion and urgency.
Many of the women who come to Casa have faced incredibly hard lives, often growing up in foster care, abusive homes, or environments filled with addiction. They’ve had no one to guide or love them unconditionally. Hearing their stories has opened my eyes to how hard it is to raise yourself with no support.
We can’t change their past, but at Casa, we focus on building brighter futures. Casa offers a safe, loving, drug-free home—a place to grow, heal, and begin again. It’s life-changing to watch women break cycles, find work, receive guidance, and create stable lives for themselves and their babies.
My heart is to help these women become strong mothers and role models. Thank you for your support—and if you’re inspired to do more, we welcome you to volunteer at Casa.
